What should I do if I have not received my tickets?
Please allow sufficient time for your tickets to be delivered. We recommend:
- Seven working days for International post.
- Five working days for First Class post.
- 48 hours for Next Day delivery.
If your delivery has not arrived after the stated time periods, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
